Laravel, web app, firebase, very strange problem

We have two servers with exactly the same code. One can return SMS via firebase but not the other. We have added hostnames in firebase so it is calling the same host name We cannot find the error but it says Hostname match not found. On both servers other people can login but not one person specifically This is of course serious enough and must be solved. Does anyone have a clue what this can be?
