The role is suited for someone who understands outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification, and who can work independently to generate business opportunities. You will help us find potential users, clients, partners, or sellers who can list or engage on geonayan.com. Responsibilities Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Reach out to prospects through calls, messages, email, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels. Qualify leads based on interest, relevance, and fit for Geonayan’s platform. Maintain a simple record of outreach and lead status. Coordinate with the Geonayan team to improve lead quality and conversion. Work toward mutually agreed lead or revenue targets. Requirements Good communication and persuasion skills. Ability to research prospects and approach them professionally. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission. Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation is preferred. Basic knowledge of online outreach tools such as WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or CRM is a plus. Compensation No fixed salary. Revenue share / commission on successful conversions or closed business. Exact percentage and payout cycle to be discussed and agreed before onboarding.
