Because the conversations usually advance quickly, your proven ability to close sales over the phone is essential. Experience with cold calling or a CRM is not mandatory, yet it will certainly help you get up to speed faster. For each deal closed I provide a clear commission structure, weekly feedback sessions, and all the marketing material you will need. You may work any schedule that suits you as long as you can reach prospects during standard business hours and hit the agreed-upon call volume and revenue targets.
