I need some help with finding some leads. I am wanting a 5 piece mailer consisting of 3 letters and 2 postcards mailed over a 6 month period. The mailer is for buying houses and the target market is 65+ homeowners with equity. The next project is the same except it is going to heirs of homes where the owner has passed away
