I have a free online coaching session for salon owners in the UK & Ireland (with a £5 donation to a well known hairdressing charity). There's two parts to the free session, they will get a free business report once they've filled out a questionnaire and then an hour long call with a qualified coach going through a brilliant business tool. They get a huge amount of content during this trial and there's no obligation at all to continue on with a coach after.

We need to generate more of the right type of lead to go through the free session as we promise this to our coaches as part of their package (the leads for the free session).

We need someone to create an ad campaign to generate a steady flow of these people. I have a list of roughly 1000 email addresses of our target type of customer already.
