With nearly two years of experience as an Industrial Relations Officer at Bank Simpanan Nasional, I have been actively involved in key areas such as union negotiations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and collective agreements. My role has also required effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders including employees, unions, and HR personnel.
I hold a diploma in Accountancy from Politeknik Melaka and am currently pursuing a part-time degree in Finance at UiTM Puncak Alam. This academic background has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, which I continue to apply in workplace matters. My approach to work is professional, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, especially when dealing with sensitive employee relations issues.
