Needing help with a few write ups (pleadings and motions) for surrogates court before 5/5/21.
I am on social security and I am in search for someone who is knowledgeable in this area of law and can assist in helping me to find out to the where abouts of a conveyence deed from St, Marys Cemetary in Yonkers NY.
I am oposing the will that opposing counsel states is valid and I believe my younger sister has lied on a death cerificate and refuses to disclose financials etc to me. I am being kept in the dark! With COVID this makes matters very dificult to manage from so far away. I am on a fixed income social security and can not afford to pay for probate attorneys! Not a paralegal and or knowledgeable about these matters.
