Utah Attorney - Knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Needed!

NOTE: If you do not fit the qualifications below, please refer me to another attorney. I need a Utah licensed attorney. I currently have an ongoing case in federal court in Utah (U.S. District Court, Utah). I need to hire an attorney who is knowledgeable in Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”) for the U.S. District Court (Utah) to join and assist on the case. *Knowledge of Case Law that is relevant to this case is NOT required, since I already have another attorney who is handling that aspect of the case.
