I have a AWS Cloud Formation template written in YAML need help to integrate following for the template.

-Get the private IP of 1 EC2 instance to another public EC2 instance using GetAtt.

-instance creation must be completed only after successfully configuring the instance (eg :- installing some packgs etc ..._ using User Data script.

-use CloudFormation Helper Scripts for Ubuntu 16.04 and send a signal after completing all the configurations in the EC2 instance.

-use a 'CreationPolicy' in CloudFormation template.
