Hi We need to compile nginx with rtmp and HLS module. OBS is RTMP encoder and you can use it to send live video feed over RTMP but at playback side we need HLS streaming ( because RTMP/Flash will not work in mobile and latest chrome). So we need to compile Nginx with HLS and RTMP. Also we will need to use Video JS free source player. NOTE: I will only work on hourly based and the cost will be around 300-400 USD. Thanks
