Hello, I have experience with Raspberry PI and many years running Linux. I also do a lot of coding in Python (for RPI and other platforms as well). Do you only need to run the DOS based application on the PI (using a VM or emulator) or does the application need to be rewritten to run natively on the PI? I have over thirty years of programming experience and I have ported dos programs to Linux before (a program for a rotational balancing machine, tilt calculation machines for tractors etc) I also know the raspberry pi very well and even have the original raspberry pi running as my mail server. I currently manage a medium sized network running mostly Linux on the server side with approximately 2000 clients attached each day. I started however with DOS 2.11 and have been working with computers in different rolls since then, including building automation and control. I own and work with Raspberry Pi hardware using different OSes and interfaces. I am very interested in helping with your project.
