Setup a V2RAY server

Job Description:

We need a v2ray server behind CDN, (like Cloudflare). The server will be tested by v2rayng software and should deliver at least 95% of normal bandwidth.

It should be able to work on almost all the Iranian ISPs.

It can be installed on any free version of Linux.

Test procedure:

On the mobile app and windows app both, we will test the bandwidth using ookla speedtest tools (web for windows and app on android or ios). We will test the bandwidth without connection three times and then through VPN three more times. And then will compare their mean values both for upload and download.

It will be tested on many Iranian ISPs for 20 days.

The server will be behind a firewall, and bandwidth will be monitored.

The bandwidth difference between the server and the client should not exceed 10%.

We will provide the virtual server with 4 CPU cores, 2 GB RAM, and 25GB HDD.

The contractor should specify the required ports in advance.
