Shell script for HAProxy Status email alert trigger

Budget Max is SGD $20!!! Requirements: 1. Must be familiar with HAproxy statistic summary report 2. Technically sound in Linux - CentOS/RHEL 3. Good in shell script Need a development of script to check and trigger alert once detected HAproxy statistic summary report service status is changed. e.g. SMTP backend service is down > Trigger email alert else no alert being sent (this is a small piece of work required)
