Website Help with Server File

I have a file (image) that I need loaded onto my website ([login to view URL]). This image updates every 4 minutes and will need reloaded to continuously show the new updates (it is a radar image). I have access to this file via my windows machine through a SAMBA server. Otherwise we can grab it directly from my Linux machine where the file resides.
