I manage several properties around Pretoria and need a qualified locksmith who can repeatedly handle batches of Wi-Fi connected smart-lock installations. Each visit will involve fitting and commissioning smart locks, integrating them with the site’s 2.4 GHz network, updating firmware where necessary, and confirming that remote management through the manufacturer’s mobile app works flawlessly. Because these rollouts happen on a fixed schedule, reliability and punctuality matter as much as technical skill. You’ll liaise directly with on-site staff for access, complete the work during daylight hours, and document every installation in a simple hand-over sheet before leaving the property. Deliverables per visit • Secure mechanical fit of each lock on the designated door • Successful pairing to Wi-Fi and validation of remote unlock/lock functions • Basic user setup (owner + cleaner codes) and firmware update, if prompted • Photo evidence and a brief status report for my records Acceptance criteria 1. Door closes and locks smoothly with no misalignment. 2. App shows the device online and responsive for at least ten consecutive commands. 3. All temporary and master codes work as programmed. If you already stock leading brands such as Yale, August, or Nuki it’s a plus, but I’m open provided the chosen model supports stable cloud control.
