1) A conversational robot with dialogflow for the handling of conversations with CEOs or Account Owners of WOVVAI Point of Sales and Social Media Management Tool, through an independent WOVVAI
white label robot available worldwide in google assistance, Facebook Messenger and Telegram. The deliverable robot is a Facebook App and a Telegram Bot with these capabilities.
2) Conversational robot with dialogflow to handle conversations for two specific purposes available in the template robot for ERP-POS Saas Systems:
A) Deliver information on demand regarding sales, product sales, customers and other Point of Sales data based on the WOVVAI Point of Sales and Social Media Management Tool data.
B) Deliver information based on a set of business rules regarding information available on the WOVVAI API.
3) The solution is integrated into a data system through conventional webservices to extract availability and information and to record the conversations.
4) Provide a web portal that indicates key performance metrics for the service (KPI) and a full backup of all transactions performed (conversations). The deliverable is a backend webservice account with all the robot accounts interactions.
