Build a simple installer (WIN and OSX versions)

I have a simple folder of XML files. I need an installer created that prompts the user to install these files to a fixed application directory (it will always be done within one of two applications - either Photoshop or Lightroom). Nothing else - just needs to install the files in this location for the user. Would like an OSX installer and a .EXE installer for PC.

It should default to those locations if they select photoshop or Lightroom - in this particular case they are "brushes", so they will only ever land in the same folder withinin each respective program (that the user can also change the path of)

Please include estimate of hours or submission wont be considered
