PHILIPPINES BASED - Senior QA / Team Leader wanted for a FULL TIME POSITION

We are an exciting and rapidly growing technology company based in Sydney, Australia. Our portfolio of applications includes mobile telephony, music, e-commerce, banking and mobile services and applications.

We are seeking experienced full-time Senior QA/Team Leader based on the Philippines to join our team.

The role’s mission is to build and manage a solid QA Team that can guarantee the quality of the large number of ongoing projects with rapid response.

The QA Team Leader will be responsible for designing test matrixes, allocating the right resources to the projects and managing the QA Team. The infrastructure to be tested includes business support systems (such as CRM and billing systems), middleware systems (such as service provisioning) and customer-facing systems (such as websites and mobile applications).

The key responsibilities include:

- Participate actively in the recruitment process

- Manage the QA Team workload and work hours

- Create and design test matrixes

- Allocate the right resources to the projects and coordinate the deliveries and deadlines

- Guarantee the quality of the reports, and manage the bug tracking process using JIRA

The ideal candidate will:

- Have strong writing and communication skills

- Have experience with manual and automated testing procedures (Selenium)

- Have experience in managing a team

- Have experience with telecommunication and e-commerce (Magento platform)

- Be extremely organised, detail-oriented and hard working

- Be RELIABLE and COMMITTED
