Hi, Make + Monday failures at integration steps usually trace to three seams: OAuth expired or re-scoped on Monday, column IDs that shifted when a column was renamed (Make binds to IDs not names), or rate-limit 429s without retry handlers. I would walk execution history per scenario, separate connection issues from mapping issues, then fix each module and add error-handler routes. For the "once per run" requirement, a Data Store lookup gates repeat writes so webhook duplicates no longer create duplicate items.
