# Sales Agent Required – PVC Pipes & Fittings (Africa) We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to help expand our PVC Pipes & Fittings business across African markets. This is a **long-term opportunity** for serious professionals who have experience in B2B sales, distributor development, or the building materials, plumbing, construction, or industrial sectors. ### Responsibilities: * Identify and approach potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and project buyers. * Generate qualified leads and develop long-term customer relationships. * Conduct market research and provide insights on exactly what sells, sizes in highest demand, pressure ratings in demand, which standards buyers require, import brands, why customers buy from best selling brand, identify the strongest markets, packaging preferences, buying pattern, procurement process, pricing, competitors, customer demand and problems. * Assist in expanding our distribution network within your assigned country or region. * Coordinate with our export team to ensure smooth communication with buyers. ### Requirements: * Experience in B2B sales or business development. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of the local construction, plumbing, or infrastructure market is an advantage. * Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to long-term collaboration. ### Compensation: * Competitive fixed compensation (if applicable). * **Excellent performance-based sales incentives and commissions.** * Significant earning potential as the business grows and repeat orders increase. * Opportunity to become our exclusive regional representative based on performance.
