My partners and I are planning to open an Arabic/Lebanese restaurant in NYC and we are debating what the name should be. Some of us consider that an Arabic/Lebanese name (Women name) reflects the know-how, expertise and authenticity of the product while others believe that the name should be Generic/neutral since bad perception & Islamophobic prototypes could be associated with an Arabic name. The purpose of the survey would be to determine which direction to chose based on how newyorkers perceive each of the 2 options.
