Gain more members for my Crypto Currency Telegram channel

I run a crypto currency channel, Golden Crypto Signals, and we want to move from about 5k members to 10-30k members total. I am also helping a few other pages gain members. I need someone / a team of people who will work towards advertising for my pages, ultimately hitting a member target. I have worked with another person in the past who has been incredible, but the problem is that I think his members are bots that are joining my channel. I need real life people joining my channels.
