Graphic Designing Sales and Marketing

HelIo I have a Graphic Designing Company which offers all type of graphic designing services like - * Event Flyers * Banner Advertisements * Signage * Brochures * Letter Heads * Sales Sheets * Social Media Profiles * Blog Graphics * Website Graphics * PowerPoint Backgrounds * Business Cards * Envelopes * Promotional Items * Email Graphics * E-Book Covers The cost of services is $500 per month which includes unlimited services request per month, next day turnaround and unlimited revisions with a dedicated point of contact. So I am looking for someone who can do cold calling to clients based in USA and UK and generate sales and for each converted client we are willing to pay $50 (INR 3500) commission per client. Also if you want to generate your own leads and cold call and convert them into sales then we are willing to provide $60 (INR 4200) per converted client into sale
