1. There are known problems (not unsurmountable) in taking the average of averages. In this case, it is averaging a column of 50 numbers on a local hard disk (Excel or Xampp local mysql) by multiple disparate computers, and then copying that set of averages to a VPN .... and then taking the average of that set of averages on the VPN. Is this possible? 2. ...and how much $$$ to program a quick little demo showing it works? ...with it done all locally (no VPN) with csv files.
