Microsoft Access 2013 - Create 5 simple \"Print\" Buttons on an Existing Form

This is a Microsoft Access 2013 project. I will zip the database and send to you.

Please create 5 simple “print” buttons, and insert them onto my existing form (called “VFB Inventory FORM”)

BUTTON #1 should do this:

(1) Select the “CURRENT” (displayed) FORM record

(2) SELECT the installed printer called “Brother HL-2270DW”.

(3) *PRINT* the selected record to a REPORT (which I have already created) called “Book Binder Ticket”.

The *PRINT* should happen immediately after clicking the button, withOUT any more clicks. I do NOT want to have to click a second time on “ok”.

In other words, just immediately *PRINT* the report after I click this form button ONCE. (I should NOT have to then click “ok” a second time). It should IMMEDIATELY *PRINT*.

BUTTON #2 should do this:

(1) Select the “CURRENT” (displayed) FORM record

(2) SELECT the “Brother Printer” (There are 5 installed printers on my computer. We want to choose the printer called “Brother HL-2270DW”).

(3) *PRINT PREVIEW* the selected single record to a REPORT called “Book Binder Ticket”.

The *PRINT PREVIEW* should happen immediately after clicking the form button, withOUT any more clicks.

BUTTON #3 should do this:

(1) Select the “CURRENT” (displayed) FORM record

(2) SELECT the “Nitro PDF Creator (Reader 3)” printer.

(3) *PRINT* the selected single record to a REPORT called “VFB Barcode Label”

The *PRINT* should happen immediately after clicking the button, withOUT any more clicks.

BUTTON #4 should do this:

(1) Select the “CURRENT” (displayed) FORM record

(2) SELECT the “Nitro PDF Creator (Reader 3)” printer.

(3) *PRINT PREVIEW* the selected single record to a REPORT called “VFB Barcode Label”.

The *PRINT PREVIEW* should happen immediately after clicking the form button, withOUT any more clicks.

BUTTON #5 should do this:

This button will just COMBINE the exact same functions of “Button #1” and “Button #3” above. (Just “chain” them together).

Step 1 (see “Button #1” above): *PRINT* the record to the report called “Book Binder Ticket” on the “Brother HL-2270DW” printer.

and then immediately (without any delay or further clicking) ALSO . . .

Step 2 (see “Button #3” above): *PRINT* the record to the report called “VFB Barcode Label” on the “Nitro PDF Creator (Reader 3)” printer.

That’s it !

All done.

Let me know if you are interested, and I will “zip” the database and send to you.
