I need a Pro and expert to support and set-up before and afer migration of 1x Exchange Server 2016 - + with On-premise/hybrid connection to O365 .. (Sharing the same Domains) to --> SmarterMail Server We are not interested for Mail server solution on the Cloud ... We want to keept the same actual set-up. It will be just remove the local Exchange by SmarterMail server who will continue to do the same job .. the reason is because of the Annual Cost of Microsoft Licences, that are too costly for us. We decided to go for another alternative (local) Email server solution that will make us only migrate once and be set-up to be at least stable and secured for the next 5 years and more … and after research , SmarterMail server was so far a best fit for us and can support the existing "On-premise/hybrid" connection with O365 and have a lot of similarity like the actual Exchange server , EWS , OWA , Active Directory integration , Active Synch, mobil and etc... after migration also it will continue to works and integrated well with our existing Microsoft Outlook 2016/2021 intalled on PC/users . We are looking for someone who have solid experiences of Exchange / SmarterMail server , Email Servers and Windows systems and done it many time and working on a daily bases. He is supposed to be comfortable and know his job, not someone .. Not someone spending time on google to get the info of how to do it, on the client expenses. Important, someone organized and when he communicate, he is prepared to coordinate and explain in advance the steps to the client …. Language: English first , and French it will be a +. Ideal Skills: - Expertise in Exchange migrations - Strong knowledge of compliance and security best practices - Experience with hybrid Exchange and O365 environments - Proficient in managing Active Directory and email policies Ideal Skills: - Experience with MS Exchange and SmarterMail Please provide a detailed plan and timeline.
