I need to synchronize from Exchange 2013 & 2016 Public Folders contacts to different user mailboxes. The contacts are in \parent\company1, \parent\company2 and so on and these contacts need to be synced to \mailbox1\contacts\company1, \mailbox1\contacts\company2 for many mailboxes. It's ok if the script takes the input "root public folder", "target mailbox" and then copies all contacts from all subfolders in "root public folder" (including folder hierarchy) to the mailbox's well know contacts folder name.

Hi This can be accomplished by using EWS API in PowerShell to save the contacts in the mailbox under a subfolder structure and using outlook API to export the contacts from the public folders. Please message me to discuss futher.
