I am a consultant and sell a package of forms and policies to my clients. The files are in MS Word and Excel format.
The files are policy and procedures. But I need to change the logo and company info along with some other info for every single file. I want a system, a program or web app that can do it in batch.
At them moment they are 50 files. but we may add to them later. Therefore, I need you to give me the system and teach me how to do it for the new documents I may have later.
A system in Word & Excel, or a web app or desktop app which when I open the app:
- Ask me about "new" client details such as logo, company name etc etc, T
- Ask me the theme colour for the documents to match their logo.
- Then, it changes the variables in the files all in one go.
- Show the new fixed files OR Save the new files in a folder
- It has to work with Mac OS, as I am using Mac.
