I need a command line interface written in ruby that can run a few stored procedures on a legacy microsft SQL database. This is being written for people who dont have any technical knowledge, so the cli will need to give the user the option of running specific tasks on the database, asks to input the required variables, check them and then execute the procedure.

There are stored procedures written so that most of the logic is taken care of. The interface will just need to connect to the database, send the appropriate variables to the stored procedure, and report on whether or not the procedure ran.

Requirements of the project:

- Code all pushed to github

- built using test driven development - rspec

Note: use of the thor ruby gem will make your life easier. ActiveRecord may not be the best given you just need to send plain sql and receive it.

I will supply upon winning the project:

- a copy of the database as a microsoft sql backup and send it to you to work on it.

- the stored procedures which need to be executed

It is very likely that if the quality of the output is high, we will maintain continual work over time.
