iOS App. ( Photos and creativity )

We are looking for someone very talented and have strong experience to work with us in our next iOS App. This app have something different , and the main specialization of it is the deal with the user photos. the programmer need to deal with 3 things also : #1 the creative animations between each action and screen moving. #2 the performance when handle large amount of photos or albums. #3 Working very hard with a team to finish this project in the exact time frame. the app is not really complicated but also needs a team to work perfectly to make it enjoyable. the project time frame is 5 Weeks Starting from this day, so we are looking to start ASAP.
