Hi Its not possible on iOS as iOS don't allow to access call features of the phone and on Android ..you can block calls and messages but you cannot block whats app. I hope I answered your questions.

The idea that you have shared in the project is possible. But with the whatsapp it might not be possible as this will require root operation that whatsapp will not allow.
