Build app like snapchat with some differences

I need a chat app built off an existing design idea.
The App will need to operate like snapchat does but with some key differences.
Differences include:
No face filter-
No typing indicator notifications-
4 user types (free user, subscriber, producer, admin)
Everything else should operate the same, for example the messaging, the posting to private stories, etc.
