Build iOS remote JSON application

I need someone to write an app that would pull JSON data daily and all images (either 24 hours from last pull or when a refresh button is pressed) from a URL and then use that file to populate the application's navigation elements dynamically. This application will need to be able to use the format I'm providing with this project. There will be a title and logo for the main application that should be assigned dynamically as well. There will be two forms included. Both can be long single page forms or paginated. There is no design yet so that will need to be include but I'm expecting that the default iOS components will suffice. - apply_to_hire form where an applicant can fill in fields and an image to be converted to JSON and transmitted to a [login to view URL] - contact form is just a form with first, last, email, phone, and a text box to define their request. all date will be converted to JSON and transmitted to a [login to view URL] I'd prefer the system to be written in swift and if this goes well there is an Android version that needs to be written as well. I would also like assistance submitting them to the apple and android store. I would like them done without Cordova or similar application frameworks. Pure swift or Objective-C. Variable and Method names will be sensibly named and fully spelled out words separated by underscores. I will only respond to candidates the view the JSON document attached and provide feedback.
