The Project Involves creation of 2 mobile Apps over the 2 Mobile platforms - Android and iOS ( total 4 Apps). The backend database will be on Heroku, hence it is preferable if one can develop the Apps and deploy the same through Heroku, thereby reducing effort of making API Calls.
There are 2 parts to this Project. The 1st Part involves creating an App for Customers. The purpose of this part is to provide the customers a way to raise the support tickets through the Mobile App.
The 2nd part is to create an App for Service Centre. This App is to manage the tickets raised by the Customers. The Objectives of this App are to schedule visits to the verified customers and work to close the ticket post the visit.
