Create a Unity plugin for taking 360 panorama photos from Android and iOS

Create a Unity plugin for taking 360 panorama photos on iOS and Android and uploading to web. The panorama photos need to be created using the smartphone camera. I am not referring to a 360 capture of a "world" inside of 3D Unity app. When uploading to the web you need to send metadata of the panorama too. Like degrees (angle) of the photo if full 360 was not captured. But the idea is that the user captures a full 360-degree panorama. You need to be able to detect that it was completed. Bonus points if you are able to make it seamless, or maybe use a slight blur at the wrap point (where the panorama starts and ends). Please only bid if you understand the challenge and are confident that you can execute. As it is a simple functional plugin, as in it either works or does not work, I will only pay in full when you deliver the functioning plugin. There is no need for UI design. The user experience of taking the panorama needs to be similar to that of the native phone camera - as in you "scan" the panorama by moving the camera through 360 degrees. I do not want the user to take multiple photos that you stitch together.
