Develop Android App

I want an app which enables auto forwarding of SMS received by one person to another number. The app has to work in background and will auto detect that sms has arrived and check its format that its the one which needs to forwarded or not. If the sms is to be forwarded than it will auto forward without any action from the user and without opening of app. I has two fixed formats. user can select the format which it want to forward and then number on which it is to be forwarded. User can also select the sim on which sms is received and the sim through which it is to be forwarded. For example - 1st Combination - Forward SMS of format-1 received from SIM 2 to mobile no. 9999999999 through SIM 2 2nd Combination - Forward SMS of format-2 received from SIM 2 to mobile no. 8888888888 through SIM 1 User can also add more than one combination. See the attached sheet for details and working. The app will work as follows 1) A professional can purchase our plan and add his number and additional four numbers. (You didn't need to do anything about it. It will happen on our website) 2) After installing app, we will ask user his business name (only for first time and it will not be saved on server) 3) Then second screen comes. Now user can click on button above and add a number to which sms needs to be forwarded. Here he can select the sim on which message can come. He can select both sim also. Number can also be added from his contact list. And he select the sim from which to send sms. 4) Now we will check the number that it exists in our database or not. If it exists in our database then it will be added in his app. Otherwise user will be given an option to purchase our app via in app purchase. If user has a single sim phone then we did not ask for received from and send to SIM. The basis of app is the format of sms, not the number from which it is received.
