We are searching for an offshore IT development company willing to work with us in a regular basis. In order to evaluating your offer and work methodology we propose a new complete development required for one of our clientes. - Car Dealer Workshop Reception: A platform composed by 2 components: 1) A mobile application in Android and iOS. 2) A web application (Dashboard) where all data acquired by the mobiles applications is managed and stored. 1) Mobile App: This App will be used by car dealer receptionists, below a prototype: [login to view URL] Important functionalities to be considered: - Users and Login: Setup in the Web Application (Dashboard), where new users are registered. App Users will have only 1 profile, there is no need of several roles for using the Mobile App. - Agenda: Setup in the web App (Dashboard), where is possible to fill each user agenda. In the future the agenda information could come from and outside agenda system. - When client is not previously scheduled, it is possible to include then in the agenda (Passante) - Checklists: The check lists need to be created on the Web App (Dashboard), using similar functionality of ClearMechanic software: [login to view URL] - Offers Menu: Also created in the Web app (Dashboard), using similar functionality of: [login to view URL] - Payment term and OS type also using similar functionality from the dashboard 2) Web App (Dashboard): We don’t have a prototype of it but basically this system needs to setup and gather all information required and generated by the mobile App. - Setup: o Users and Login o Agenda o Checklists o Offers Menu o Payment Condition o Type of OS (Service Order) - Collect Information from Mobile App: o Client Data o Vehicle Data o Check list results o Offers Menu results o Payment condition Results o Typo of OS results o Filling data Please provide us your best technical and commercial offer including: - Proposed Architecture: We will provide for this project full access of our AWS account; we prefer using AWS cloud services in order to have all our systems in the same cloud provider. But we´d like to know which AWS services you propose to use, how to interface with mobile App, etc. - Proposed Technologies: We´d like to know what technologies you propose to use for database, mobiles app development, etc. - We´d like to receive details framework considering all development steps, methodology, development steps, QAS, documentation, etc. - Please specify the total hours of development considered in each step, we want to compare your proposal with other candidates. - Specify the total price of your proposal and the value per hour considered. - Please provide us your deadline to deliver the whole system working. - We also would like to know your proposal of service, including hourly value for support and continuous improvement of this system All codes, files and complete documentation need to be delivery and all rights of it is our, we are contracting a service IT provider, but the full intellectual rights are ours.
