Developer needed to build a Cordova plugin for an ionic app

I am looking for someone good at building cordova plugins for ionic projects. This plugin is supposed to be used to connect to a remote fiscal server, sending and retrieving data. The data will be encoded and decoded according to the standards of this particular server. I have a java sample project that i had requested for to help me craft the cordova plugin but i had problems with the decoding and encoding of data as i am not so good with java as a whole. I will share boh the project class file and the spec file from the provider please review and let me know if you can do the work. Find attached the two mentioned documents.
