Fast-food Outlet Customers Loyalty and Ordering App

Section 1 - Business Information 1. Brief Introduction of the Project, Goal of the app and target user group. We are running a Chinese fast-food outlet selling takeaway lunchboxes on weekdays ONLY. The menu changes every day. We post our menu of the week on every Monday’s morning. We have about 300 loyal customers. Since they could only order their food at our outlet, they may encounter sold out of particular food(s). This is not a good buying experience. We would like to build an app which could show pictures of the foods of the day. And able to take order from those registered customers. 2. MOST IMPORTANT - Features description (how the app behaves for the user). • Sign up/ registration, sign in. • App would capture age (should be minimum 14 years), gender, email ID and phone number of party goers. • Browser of today’s menu and week’s menu. • Users are able to place order on the present day and the rest of the week. • Operator could receive the users’ orders. • Operator keeps records of users buying history and could export in EXCEL format. • Push notification system for promotional messages and pick-up reminders of users’ purchases/orders. • Payment gateway for Bitcoin SV. 9.
