File Manager with Folder Name Notification

A simple file explorer app. When app is opened it should open Internal Storage all folders. I am using only my keyboard and mouse. Therefore if i press down arrow to move to a folder, the folder name must appear on my notification. everytime i move to a folder, i need to get folder name as notification. it might sound meaningless but i want an app like that. No need cut,copy,paste,move,create or any other option not needed
