We operate a maid service and would like if possible an app to run on our Android phone version Marshmellow version 6.0. Would like the following features: 1) Calculate miles driven based on GPS tracking 2) Calculate hours worked 3) Scheduling using Google calendar if possible 4) Loading payroll onto prepaid debit cards from the hours worked/miles. MUST be a US based payroll program that is web based or app based. 5) Customer database similar to Microsoft OneDrive 6) Having a schedule computed based on calendar and database (for example, scheduling customers based on location, cleaning crew, and time of cleaning) 7) Texting customers based on database when next cleaning is to occur 8_ Texting customers when cleaning crew are on the way to their home (again, based on database information: address, distance, etc) 9) Processing credit cards based on the calendar 10) Integrating with Quickbooks online Processing credit cards, and prepaid debit cards would involve an API set up. I have already contacted the appropriate companies that work with API setups We have tried to have this app designed before but ran into issues. The biggest issue has to do with the calendar.. We would like the calendar set up to be EXACTLY like Google calendar in every way especially regarding changing appointments. Our customers are cleaned every week, bi weekly or monthly and need to be able to switch the scheduling.. Our current database is Microsoft OneDrive in which all our customers worksheets are kept. We can also keep track of each customers cleaning and see at a moments glance how long we cleaned, profit margin, hours worked etc. We would like to track each employee by their cell phone and have the manager pull up a map and see where each team is located. This app in turn would keep track of the hours via GPS and record the miles driven by each employee. The app would then calculate the hours worked which would be sent to a payroll app to calculate hours and miles driven. This in turn would be sent via API to prepaid debit cards for the employees. The calendar would also be used to determine which customer is to be charged via credit card also via API. There are a few more small items, but listed above are the major components of the app.
