TRANSPORTATION GUIDE: • Track location distance from available map • View distance in Kms from nearby locations like – Joka, Kolkata, Behala, Amtala, Sarisa More etc. 8. CALL A CART: • Select source location from a list of dropdowns • Send message to manager for cart availability • SMS alert to manager for Cart 9. FEEDBACK/CUSTOMER COMMENTS: • Customer feedback on experience with Holiday Resort. 10. TRANSPORTATION GUIDES • How to reach via bus, car, public/private transports available. 11. BLUETOOTH ALERTS • Once a visitor reaches near vicinity (100mts – Bluetooth range) of Holiday Resort they can receive alert/notification on their reaching their destination. • Visitor gets a pop up alert immediately to download the app 15. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS • Appear after any significant event occurs in a group • Alert group members of upcoming events 16. ORDER SERVICES • Book services from anywhere within the resort • Services include – Foods & beverages, Spa, Health Club, Sports & Recreation, Sports Bar & Lounge, River Cruise, Conferences, Weddings, Special attractions etc. 17. SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION • Integrate with social media sites like Facebook, Twitter etc 18. CONTACT US Integration with ERP tool – Prologic. This is the ERP software that handles all the bookings and reservation. The application has check with this system for room availability and then process the booking.
