ios phone + watch app notifies when phone is lost

1) ios phone app with centered button "check connection". When tapped, message dialog will be displayed "Connected to Apple Watch" or "Not connected to Apple Watch" (its just for manual testing).
2) ios watch app with centered button "check connection". When tapped, message dialog will be displayed "Connected to Apple Watch" or "Not connected to Apple Watch" (its just for manual testing).
Additionally: automatic function that will display notification (vibrate / sound) when Apple Watch lost connection with paired iPhone. When clicked "OK" app will hide and will go to "waiting" mode till next auto connection with iPhone (can check for connection every minute) - no need to inform that, but i want to make sure it will wake up again when iphone will be lost again. I simply do not want to inform that is connected again - only when lost. This mean i dont want infiormation that there is no connection every minute. Just once till next successfull iphone connection!
Required test cases:
- app installed on iphone / ios
- iphone and ios app restarted (should start automatically in the background)
- test phase 1: iphone turned off / iphone lost (signal / connection with apple watch lost). Should inform just once and check for connection.
- iphone connected again (turned on for example) (do not ifnrom about succcessful connection)
- test phase 2: iphone turned off / iphone lost (signal / connection with apple watch lost) [again]
App should work in a minimum version of ios/watch (watch v2 probalby?). Can be done in Swift.
