Mobile App (preferably React Native) that works on Android and iOS that exports a video on the phone s photo library

Hello, I m trying to start a project and I dont have enough time to work on it at the moment so I d like some help. Depending on how this goes I might need additional help for the other parts of the project too. I d like an App that works on both Android and iOS, preferably made in React Native (open to other recommendations if necessary) so there is a single piece of code for both environments. More people will be working on it (mostly myself) so clear code writing and comments are mandatory. What the app ll do is basically create a short video showing a user selected icon getting thrown into a bin. The app should be able to take an icon, that is user specified from a custom list (not yet defined so any icon would do for now, but eventually it ll be a list similar to the emoticon tab that lets the user select one), and create a video (mp4) exported on the phone s photo library. The resulted video should show the icon moving from the left side of the screen to the right side and it should take up to 5sec to make it to the right side of the screen following an arc. The background of the video should be a default image that will be hardcoded (not provided yet - but shouldnt be an issue for now) and it ll include the bin on the right side. Rendering times should be kept small - no 4k video is needed so I m guessing it shouldt be an issue, especially in newer devices. The app should be compatible with different sized screens and work on both orientations, changing the resulted video depending on the orientation the user had when they exported the video. Once the video is exported it should be autoplayed on full screen and ask the user if they d like to keep or delete it, taking the appropriate action.
