PROJECT OBJECTIVE The objective of the proposed application is to motivate a person to follow a diet or exercise program in order to achieve the desired weight target within a defined time. Users will be able to enter their weight on a regular basis and monitor their progress through statistics and graphs. The app will also suggest ideal weight of the user and recommend the amount of time needed to reach the target as per the current weight, height, body frame, gender and age.
