Self posture evaluation

Hello… I had put this project off due to financial issues, but would like to bring it back and finally create it. The idea is to have 14 images, demonstrating the possible existing postures for the individual to check themselves in a personal mirror. They would tap the image that corresponds to what they see in the mirror; ie first "head tilt right or left?" Then Hit "next' for the next area of posture position to self check, ie; head shifted, right ? or Left; then hit next; Head rotation... right or left image choice to tap, hit "next" Side view: show image of head and neck with choice to tap: head shifting with forward head posture? ... High shoulder images: High right? or High Left? ... "Next" 2 Hip images: Hip High? Right? or Left? tap image... next; Images with Hip shifting/ Right ? or shifting Left? Tap next; 2 Side view images of Hip 1) show top of pelvis rotated forward (anterior)? or showing top of hip backward (rotated Posterior?)... at the end of the evaluation (self evaluating choices... the last "Hit next" would bring the user to "The results" page which would present the opposite images chosen on one page view, with an explanation and instructions with specific exercise... let me know if you get the ideas and how you would propose creating the images need to demonstrate the posture deviations?
