Write an Android application GEOLOCATION and mesaging

Project scope :- To develop an mobile application and website . Project Description:- There will be different two types of users i.e. Company and End user 1. Company Business Users or Educational institutions The company will be able to register by putting the following information. 1) Name 2) Contact number 3) Picture for the business. 4) A short description. 5) Their location through a map. After that put all the information they will get an email to confirm their registration. Now their details will be approved by the admin in the admin panel. There will be links on the main page for signup/login, about and the links for the download of the application. 2. End User There will be a main customer database that will be referred to as our application. The application will be available in both android and IOS version. The people will be able to sign up in the app by the following details:: 1) Name 2) Email 3) Password 4) City 5) Gender 6) Education 7) Age 8) Country 9) Photo ( can be taken by camera, gallery ) 10) Optional CV ( CV can be upload in PDF form or image form ) 11) Phone number optional After they will complete all the information they will go into the application where they can see three different categories. (A) Social (B) Education/business (C) Community (A) SOCIAL :- In this category, they should be able to see people who use the same app around. They will be able to see their profile and all the details. They would be able to chat with them (text, picture and video) The app user will be able to sort the list should be sort by "Area" in KM, by "Country Origin". When they click on profile he should be able to see where is the user, also they must be able to delete their account on an option, change password, change profile picture, and the typical options of social media eg. Facebook. (edit profile details and account info all under Settings) User should be able to wrote a status, upload pictures, so everyone who check a user profile should be able to see too. ( B) EDUCATION / BUISNESS :- In this category they should be able to see around their position, every institutions/business education into a map. Once they click on it they should able to see details about (description, name, number, owner) Business can select require things they won’t and optional for refugee to upload eg CVAnd user can submit his application to the business from the app( he uploads the CV etc)Or it displays them as a list with the one nearest first ( C ) Community :- In this Allow people in area to put events in a location with time and date and pictures and description. Users on app can then click on it and see if there are some events in their location and say they will attend or maybe or not. NOTIFICATION when a new job or education opportunity is made in the area then it should add a notification to the user phone, we can decide to do notification within the app or in general. api for chat and call [login to view URL]
