I need a app where i can post news with video and images form admin and send notifications and user will first signup then see news and i can see all user list and as user will update information then it should update in admin panel. App size will not more then 5 MB. And app should also work on tablet. Admob , google analytics and i need one tab where user will click and see more suggested app.

This is a small project and i need asap. So provide me if you have any app developed like it.
