Hi, As I see you are planning to have a mobile application which will collect the data and prepare a CSV/XML in the background from the user's device and whenever application detect the wifi network; the app will send the CSV, XML to the server. I already have prepared an Advertising SDK for collecting a data like collect list apps installed on user's device, the name of the network, list of wifis and so many other things with detailed analysis. Ideas were to know the identify the choice of the user and based on those data app will throw the relevant advertising to this user. Couple of things I want to share with you... - It is not possible to get all such details without taking permission from the user. When user will install this app; the system will ask for the permission and after that, your application will start collecting data. Let me know if you want to know more for same.
