A web system with models and techniques will be established for the automated marking and analysis of detailed student works for a comprehensive and extendible range of numerical and algebraic assessment questions. A web-based system will be developed to implement the proposed models and techniques. The system needs to be developed using Java programming language and MySQL based on open-source resources. Previous works which have to be improved upon and can be used as a reference will be provided upon acceptance of the project. The majority of the project involves improving upon existing question templates and formulating new question templates as well as using sequence modelling to find out solution templates and marking the solutions.
